ThreePro offers web design and development services. The scope of work, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements between ThreePro and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials, information, and access required for ThreePro to complete the agreed-upon services. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. ThreePro reserves the right to suspend work or terminate the agreement if payments are not received on time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by ThreePro remain the property of ThreePro until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party materials used, which will remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

ThreePro agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

ThreePro provides its services on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided. ThreePro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

ThreePro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10.Quotation Validity

All quotations provided by ThreePro Productions are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of the quotation must be received within this 14-day period. After this period, the terms, prices, and availability of the items quoted may be subject to change without prior notice.s.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
